Is it important for me to go out and actually view properties in person?

Yes, we really recommend going to see properties in person. It's especially good to view properties back to back so you can compare between them. Additionally, viewing properties in person is very different to viewing them online because you really get a feel for the property. Some people might think that the photos are better than the actual property. Sometimes the property can be better than the photos, so either way, it’s really important to go out there and see for yourself.
