I've just got my paperwork back from the solicitor to fill out for my house sale. Is it important for me to get it done straightaway or can I wait a couple of weeks?

It’s critical to get that paperwork done as soon as you can. You need to remember that when you are selling a property, the solicitor can't make any progress until your paperwork is back. They will also need some money from you. But you do need to complete all the fixtures and fittings forms as soon as you are able.. Anything to do with the deeds, anything you've had to do with the property. The sooner you get all the paperwork back, the easier that they can do the draft contract, send it across and then get the whole process started.
