We're having trouble agreeing a completion date.

At the beginning of a year, many people will plan in their holidays, when they're going to go away, different events that are happening, weddings, all the major things that will take place in the near future. When you’ve got maybe five different people, all trying to find one completion date, it's definitely going to be a challenge. You're going to have to be a little patient and a little flexible, because you're not the only one that has to move on that day, everybody else is in that chain has to move on that day too.

It's important to be aware that sometimes you're going to have to be accommodating because of people's employment. Maybe they're working for the NHS, maybe they work away from home. This may make it impossible to complete until they're back. Another thing to be mindful of is that sometimes a new build can cause difficulty with a completion date. You may be asked to agree to completion dates that seem a bit far out because the build is not yet complete.
