I'm completing next week, when can I collect the keys?

When you collect your keys will mostly depend on how many people are in your chain, as the money has to move from one account to another all throughout the day. If you have five or six people in a chain, those at the bottom might be able to get calls at around eleven or twelve o'clock, but it may be that the people who are top of the chain will be waiting until four or five in the evening before moving. We can't release the keys until the solicitor calls us and says we have completed. If you are moved out of your house and you're waiting for the keys to the new place, our best advice is to go sit down, have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and maybe go get some lunch somewhere.
