What advice would you give a potential buyer or seller to have a smoother, happier experience?

It’s very easy to get caught up in our feelings when involved in the buying or selling process, and sometimes this can take us a step backwards. Being rude is not going to change the circumstances which surround your experience, but being kind and patient with those who you’re working with is likely to make it a more pleasant experience for everyone involved. 

 The best advice we can give is just to be thoughtful. We find that when we try to work with our solicitors, rather than against, they are much more willing to help. Just try to keep the bigger picture in mind, and be nice.
