Location is so essential!

Having sold properties for quite a few years now, we can honestly say it is so important that you have a property in a great location. We understand that you can’t change the location of a property you’re selling, but it is imperative that location is something you consider as you decide where you’re going to go.

When you're looking to buy a property, it is so much better to be the worst property on the best street, than the best property on the worst street, because the resale is going to be so much better for you. People often cite location as one of the most prominent reasons they're looking to move. Great local amenities, and reputable schools get you high value. So consider that when you look to buy. Location, location, location!
