Drone photography and videography are really powerful tools.

We want to share an experience with you about a property we had recently. It wasn't getting much traction, in fact, it had very little interest for a couple of months. This property was fortunate to have three gardens; it had a big driveway, a front garden, a side garden and a back garden. However, from the eye level, because there were hedges at the front, you couldn't see how incredible this property was! We decided to invest in a drone and the necessary training. We got all the permissions, went up, and we got this beautiful photo, showing off the plot in its full glory.

It's no surprise that the property sold almost immediately after those new photos went up. In addition to the sale, people we met with for valuations and viewings talked about this drone image and the property itself. So if you have a property with a decent garden or a plot, it may be worth asking your estate agent to produce some drone videography or photography.
