How much is my land worth?
We are often asked about land and it's worth. Someone might have a property that has a substantial plot, you could possibly build one or even two properties on there, however without planning permissions, it's extremely hard to value land.
It's so important to speak to an expert in planning, and to apply for the planning permission in order to get the highest possible price for your land. Builders will not speculatively buy pieces of land hoping they get planning permission.
Technically, an acre of land in Norfolk is worth £10,000-£20,000 without planning permission, but with it, it could be worth £100,000-£300,000. Make sure to get your permissions!
