Today we want to share our thoughts on the importance of videos. 

Videos are a very powerful marketing tool. This is because they are so emotive, and property is all about emotion. A one minute video that gives a little snippet of your property with some music is perfect to go on Rightmove, or other social media platforms to gain a wider reach of people that maybe aren't actively looking.

You don't necessarily need a voiceover or someone to present the home, but the video will just give them a taste. And whilst people are scrolling through social media, or watching that video, they're likely quite comfortable, which is a feeling they will then associate with your property. If you can make them feel comfortable about your home before they even get there, you're already onto a winner. So be sure to have a video and present your home in all the glory it deserves.
