If you're going to be on the market when everyone else is going to market, it means that the competition will be high, and prices can be quite low. 

It's a great idea to get ahead of the curve, and also to consider that whoever's looking to buy your property, if it's the right location, the right price and right floor plan for them, it won't matter what month they find it.
